Parmarth identifies the cadre of women and men and builds their capacity for taking up the development agenda and asserting rights/entitlement.

In water, sanitation and hygiene intervention, the organisation has trained and capacitated 200 community cadres, who are presently taking up the repair and maintenance work of water security in revenue generation model.

Under UNDF programme, the organisation has built 100 women cadre with gender and inclusion perspective. These women cadre are today taking initiatives in the village development agenda and fighting against violence, discrimination, exploitation, etc.

Organising the Community Groups - Mass Mobilization and Social Gathering

The organisation intervention is centred on organising the community groups. Further the organisation facilitates the community groups in demonstrating their collective strength by under taking mass mobilisation programme and social gathering programmes.

On village development agenda, the organisation has formed Gram Chetna Samiti, which has been further federated into Pahuch Vikas Manch. Today Gram Chetna Samiti and Pahuch Vikas Manch are coming forward and taking up the village development agenda. These organizations are not only asserting their rights and entitlements, but also encouraging and mobilising villagers for their participation in gram sabha meeting.

On NREGA agenda, the organisation has organised the Job Card holders into Mazdoor Union and collectively asserted wage work with transparency under NREGA programme.

The organisation has promoted Kisan Mahapanchayat and disseminated a common message for use of organic farming and low input sustainable agriculture practices.

Women have organised themselves in Mahila Ekta Sangh federation and taking up collective marketing work for income enhancement.
